Where is/was 190 closed? I keep seeing posts about washouts and closures on 190 in the DV area, but when I look at the Caltrans website I don't see them. The Tuesday Morning Report doesn't mention any 190 closures either, it does say there is debris on some roads.
Caltrans reports 190 closures right now (3:42 PM Tuesday) for maintenance in Tulare Co. It does show a closure (and detour) for the 395 in Independence.
