Hot off the park service scanner, 190 washed out at Keeler and closed. Dry lake East of Panamint Spgs(3 miles) full of water and 190 also closed there with several feet of standing water. Only way in from this side is over Wildrose. A Ranger just made the drive in a front wheel drive Ford Escort and she reported that it was slow for a mile but passable as soon as you gain elevation. FC reports clear weather. Any updates?
